By  Shop Grand Central

It’s never too early to plan for 2017! Pantone’s Color Institute announced the 9 color palettes that will affect home décor. Now all you need to do is figure out whether you’re leaning toward a complete home makeover or simply re-accessorizing. Once you’ve determined if your space needs a complete refresh or a few tweaks, then you can gaze upon a beautiful color palette, suitable for any style. Here’s a brief description of each to help you unlock your creativity:

Daydreaming: It seems that this palette carried on a pastel theme from 2016’s serenity and rose quartz. This new palette now includes pale yellows & greens which makes it all the dreamier.

Florabundant: This color palette is as pretty as it sounds, combining rich floral hues. If you opt for this palette, your space will undoubtedly explode with personality.

At ease: Let your space leave you at ease with a palette that incorporates more grays for added sophistication. This palette not only plays with different shades of gray, but also with various textures to avoid an overwhelming décor.

Graphic imprints: Inject some fun into your space with bold colors and exciting patterns that this palette has to offer.

Forest bathing: Inspired by an ancient Japanese practice, the idea is to enhance your mood. From green, teal, purple, to lime, this palette includes refreshing colors found in nature.

Native Instincts: Create a space with various cultural elements, including Native American & Turkish influence. The pairing of bold colors along with softer earth tones creates a powerfully irresistible design.

Acquired taste: A palette that creates a luxurious ambiance, offering a mix of colors and textures that are not often seen together. It requires an appreciation for being distinctive.

Raw materials: Based on the principle that nature is sustainable, this palette uses color with natural materials to project an idea of repurposing elements.

Reminiscence:  Blending colors of the past with modern hues, this palette’s name does it justice. Think traditional.
